The project is located 8km from Morogoro road and Kiluvya Madukani bus stop, whereby there is full access to the site through Bajaji,Bodaboda,Daladala and Office van. We sell one metre square at 10,000/=, the projects contains 400 full surveyed plots and we have sold over 370 plots to various customers of the company.
Now we are left with few pieces of land in this project approximated around 30plots only or less. We also accept monthly installment up to six months after dropping 1,000,000/= as down payment.
The area has various social services like electricity, water projects are on process and educational institutions like SISTERS OF MARRY SCHOOL are very close to the project. Some of the customers have started building their homes while others are on building materials business already
